Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Prepares, negotiates and extends job offers to candidates. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Address health, safety, and worker-management issues, including compliance.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employee.
  • Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • End to End Recruitment.
  • Taking care of Pre & Post Joining Formalities
  • Employee engagement activities.
  • Help in Performance Evaluation and Appraisal.
  • Employee welfare and benefit.
  • Statutory compliance.
  • Attendance management and Payroll.
  • Updating and creating HR Policies.
  • Taking care of Exit Formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors Degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently.
  • Knowledge to work in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
